Boutique Timeshare Management took over operations of Winners Circle Resort with a different philosophy: no pressure, no games, full transparency. That's not a marketing line. It's the reason our tours are capped at twenty minutes, our team is paid to inform rather than close, and every number we give you is a real number with nothing buried in the footnotes.

Our tours are twenty minutes. No extended presentation, no multi-hour sit-down. You walk the property, ask questions, and leave when you're ready. We don't hold anyone captive to close a sale.

“I'm not sure I'll use it every year.”
That's worth thinking through before you own. Fixed-week ownership makes the most sense for people who vacation consistently and want a guaranteed destination. If that's not your situation, we'll tell you — we'd rather you not buy a week you won't use than sell you one you'll resent.
“Are the maintenance fees going to keep climbing?”
The current annual maintenance fee is $1,000. There have never been special assessments issued - even for building renovations. Now, we can't promise fees will never change — HOA costs are real — but we can tell you the current number and let you evaluate it honestly.
“What if I want to get out?”
Your week is deeded property. You can sell it, transfer it, or take advantage of our $1,000 transfer-fee buyback program. Yep - if you ever decide you don't want your week, you can hand it back. No complicated process. We'll give you all the details when we speak.

What sets Solana Beach Club & Exchange appart from other vacation ownership programs is our exchange partnership program and the fact that we are here to help facilitate exchanging your week to explore a different resort. Most other programs leave you to figure it out on your own.
"Aren't there hidden restrictions, blackout dates, or some complex points system?"
You own a specific week in a specific unit. You can simply show up and your room will be ready and waiting for you to enjoy it. We don't have a points system. There are no blackout dates. What you own is yours to enjoy.

Tours are a walkthrough of the property and an honest conversation. There's no slide deck. There's no sit-down designed to keep you in a room until you sign something.

Boutique Timeshare Management operates as the external management company for the HOA — which means our incentives are aligned with property quality and owner satisfaction, not with moving as many weeks as possible at any price.

An active renovation program
Buildings 1 and 2 are fully remodeled. Buildings 3 and 4 are scheduled. We're not selling you a promise about what the property will be someday — we're showing you what it already is.

Transparent numbers
Every price, every fee, every cost is a real number. Purchase price: $7,000–$16,000 depending on unit size. Annual maintenance: $1,000. Exchange costs: discussed openly. Nothing buried, nothing inflated. If the math works for you, great. If it doesn't, that's a fair outcome too.
