Some places feel like yours the moment you arrive.

Looking around Winners Circle Resort, if you found yourself thinking "I could do this every year" — you can. Here's exactly what that looks like.

Welcome to the solana beach club & exchange

The best vacations aren't the ones you search for. They're the ones you come back to — and Solana Beach Club & Exchange is the next chapter.

For decades, Winners Circle Resort has been one of Southern California's best-kept secrets — a coastal property on Via de la Valle that guests return to year after year, quietly, without much fanfare.

It's a membership brand built around a specific week, at a specific place on the California coast, with a dedicated team to help you make the most of every year you're here.

Members own a deeded interest in a week that belongs to them — backed by services designed to make that week feel like exactly what they planned, every time.
What membership actually includes

Most vacation clubs sell you a week. We give you a team.

The Solana Beach Club & Exchange isn't just an ownership program — it's a vacation planning partnership. Every member has access to our Owner Services team, whose job is to help you build the vacation you actually want.

01 - Planning

Personalized vacation planning

Tell us what you want your week to look like. Restaurant reservations, local event calendars, activity recommendations, beach gear, early check-in coordination — we handle the details so you arrive ready to relax, not ready to research.

02 - Exchange

Exchange coordination

In years where you want to travel somewhere else, our team coordinates your exchange through our affiliate network — identifying the right match, managing the logistics, and making sure your week translates into the experience you're after.
03 - Support

Ownership support

Questions about your deed, your week, your options? One call. One team. No runarounds — just straight answers from people who know your ownership inside and out.
The difference between owning a vacation week and having a vacation is the support behind it. That's what Owner Services is built to provide.
the ownership model

Fixed week. Fixed unit. Deeded and yours.

You select a week and a unit type — studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom. That week, in that unit category, is yours every year. Not subject to availability. Not competing with other members for priority access. Yours, by deed, recorded with San Diego County, for as long as you own it.
What It Costs

Here's every number. No asterisks.

We believe in showing the full picture before anyone sets foot in a tour. If the numbers don't work for you, we'd rather you know that now than after a 20-minute conversation.

Ideal for couples and solo travelers
The studio is the entry point into Solana Beach ownership — and it punches above its category. A full kitchen, full bathroom, and dedicated living space mean you're not living out of a suitcase. You're settled in. Sleeps 2 comfortably. Best suited for couples who want a consistent annual escape or a solo traveler who's tired of paying hotel rates for a room that barely fits a suitcase.

Great for a small family or to enjoy more space
The one-bedroom gives you a real bedroom door — and everything that separation does for a vacation. Full kitchen, a proper living area, and the kind of space where you actually cook a meal and watch the sunset without bumping into each other. The convertable couch allows a family of 4 to enjoy this space. The sweet spot for couples who travel often and value comfort, or a family with one or two young kids.
Two Bedroom
Bring the whole family for multi-generational travel
At 800–900 square feet, the two-bedroom is a genuinely spacious unit by any standard — not just "spacious for a resort." Two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bathrooms, and a living area that works for everyone at once. Sleeps up to 8. Built for families who want everyone under one roof without sacrificing anyone's sanity, and for multi-generational trips where the grandparents deserve their own space too.
Annual Maintenance Fee

$1000 / year

Per ownership week. Covers upkeep, management, amenities, and operations. It does not fluctuate based on how much you use the property.
Special Assements

None - ever

Under current management, no special assessment has been issued to owners. We intend to keep it that way.
One-Time Transfer Fee

$1000

A single fee at the time of purchase. That's the complete cost structure — nothing else hidden below.
ownership cost calulation

Here's a way to think about what you're actually paying per night.

$228/night for a family of four
A one-bedroom at $12,000, plus $1,000/year maintenance, over 20 years = $32,000 for 140 nights on the coast. And you get a separate room for privacy - standard hotels don't have that.
$53/night Studio with kitchen
For a studio at $7,500, the math gets even cleaner over the same ownership window. And our studio rooms have more amenities than standard hotel rooms.
Now consider what a comparable hotel room at this address costs today. Then consider what it'll cost in five years. Nothing at this address rents for that.

We've been coming to Winners Circle every year since the kids were little. Now that they're grown, this is the one week I know I'll be around everyone again.
