We’re excited to share an important new initiative that represents the next chapter for Winners Circle Resort.
The Board of Directors and Boutique Timeshare Management have launched Solana Beach Club & Exchange—the official sales, marketing and owner engagement brand for Winners Circle Resort. Its primary mission is simple: to introduce new owners to Winners Circle Resort through the sale of Association-owned vacation ownership inventory while providing existing owners with additional resources to help them enjoy their ownership.
Why we created it
Over the past several years, the Association has acquired a significant number of vacation ownership intervals. Rather than holding those weeks indefinitely as rental inventory, our long-term goal is to thoughtfully return many of them to individual ownership.
Bringing new owners into the resort strengthens our ownership community, increases annual maintenance fee participation, and supports the long-term financial health of the Association.
We are beginning with a limited release of inventory and will expand carefully over time.
What it means for current owners
Nothing about your ownership is changing.
Your deed remains the same. Your reservation rights remain the same. Your relationship with Winners Circle Resort remains exactly as it is today.
Our focus is on new owners. Current owners won’t be solicited – but if you’re ever interested in adding to your ownership, we are here.
Owner Services
As part of Solana Beach Club & Exchange, owners will also have access to a team that can assist with questions about ownership, vacation planning, exchange opportunities through established exchange providers, and making the most of their vacation ownership experience.
These services are designed to complement our sales program while providing additional value to our ownership community.
Building the Winners Circle brand
Solana Beach Club & Exchange also gives Winners Circle Resort a modern presence in today’s vacation ownership marketplace. Through digital marketing, social media, owner communications, and outreach to prospective buyers, we’re introducing a new generation of vacation owners to one of Southern California’s most unique boutique resorts.
We believe this initiative will strengthen our community, support the Association’s long-term financial goals, and continue building value for every owner.
